60 days or more before departure: All fees are fully refundable.
59-30 days before departure: Loss of deposit, per person.
29-1 day before departure: All fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation fees may be waived due to emergencies, at Neblina Forest's descretion.
If the tour is canceled by Neblina Forest, all paid fees will be refunded or transferred to another Neblina Forest tour.
A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. All fees must be paid in full 60 days before tour departure date.
